Puzzled??
In the world of hand colored photography there were always a few oddities that would turn everyone’s head and demand high prices. And as far as I am aware of, we are going to discuss in this blog post a Davidson oddity that has never been brought to light before.
So lets start this little story with Davidsons very popular pictures that he took at Franconia State Park in New Hampshire

Davidson chose Franconia Mirror to be re-manufactured in the form of a puzzle
I have a few of these in my collection, cut in 2 different puzzle designs. I’ve never taken any of them apart to see how they work as a puzzle. I guess I’m afraid that I won’t be able to put them back together.
Were there other puzzles made from other Davidson pictures?? Possibly, but I’ve never seen any. So might I have the only ones?? Possibly. And might this have been an idea that never went beyond that?
A puzzling little story we may never have the answer to.
